The holiday season kicks off December 1st with the Winter Wonderland Parade, bringing Santa straight to town! 🎄
🏠 After the parade, visit Santa in his house (Green Space) until 8 PM for holiday cheer and photos. 🎁 All month long, Santa will be bopping around Cozad—ready to spread joy and pose for sweet Christmas pictures with your kiddos!
He’s so excited to be back—don’t miss the chance to make magical memories this season! 🌟
Cozad Development Corporation is seeking a full-time Economic Development Director. Duties include, but not limited to, implementing short term and long-term economic goals for the City of Cozad, administering the City’s LB840, REDLG, Housing and CRA Programs, preparing marketing materials and information as needed, actively pursuing potential business, developing sites, assisting existing businesses, grant writing, fund management and accounting, and other work of similar nature. 🎄 Cozad Christmas Light Competition – Residential & Commercial 🎄
Get ready to light up the season! The Cozad Chamber is excited to announce our annual Christmas Light Competition for both residential homes and commercial businesses within city limits.
Competition Details:
🏠 Eligibility: All participating homes and businesses must be located within Cozad city limits.
💡 Decorations: All forms of holiday decorations are welcome—be creative and festive!
🌟 Lighting Period: Displays must be lit each evening from December 1st through December 14th.
🏆 Winners Announced: Monday, December 15th.
📸 Winner Photo Night: Please be prepared to take a photo of your display the evening of December 15th.
🎁 Prizes (per category):
1st Place – $100
2nd Place – $75
3rd Place – $50
✨ Bonus! All participating addresses will be shared with the Cozad Rotary for possible inclusion in the Polar Express route—a magical way to showcase your holiday spirit to the community!
